Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
Identify client needs and recommend suitable property options
Conduct property showings, site visits, and open houses
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close deals successfully
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
Prepare and manage property listings and documentation
Coordinate with legal, financial, and internal teams to complete transactions
Provide excellent customer service before and after sales
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
Proven experience in real estate sales or related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
