Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of real estate agents (sales & leasing).
Set monthly targets and track team performance against KPIs.
Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
Source and assign property listings to agents based on specialization.
Support team members with deal closures and negotiation strategy.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the UAE property market.
Ensure compliance with RERA, company policies, and ethical standards.
Coordinate with marketing and admin teams to boost listings and visibility.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of real estate experience in the UAE.
Proven track record in closing property deals (sales and/or leasing).
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, motivational, and organizational skills.
Deep understanding of Dubai and/or Abu Dhabi property trends.
RERA certification is preferred.
Ability to build and maintain a results-driven team culture.
