MTS Group of companies headquarter based in UAE. We are seeking a highly experienced Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for assisting clients with their property needs, conducting market research, and managing property transactions.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, investors, and tenants. Understand client needs and offer tailored property solutions. Schedule and conduct property viewings. Handle negotiations between tenants/landlords. Stay updated with market trends, new projects, and competitor activities. Match client requirements with available properties accurately. Assist in leasing residential and commercial properties. Ensure all paperwork, legal documentation, and contracts are complete and compliant.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate sector (Secondary: Commercial, and Residential) Preferably candidates with brokerage experience Knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market trends. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Proficient in using real estate software and online marketing platforms. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Attested Bachelor Degree (any industry).
