As a dedicated representative, you will offer personalized services to UHNW individuals, guiding them through the purchasing and selling process of primary and secondary real estate properties. Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed industry sales targets/KPIs.
- Provide dedicated services to UHNW individuals for property transactions.
- Promote and sell exclusive Ultra Luxury Dubai-based developments.
- Maintain a highly presentable appearance while stationed at luxury real estate offices.
- Interview and assist prospective purchasers with exceptional service.
- Advise clients on market conditions, property prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Obtain agreements from property owners to list their properties for sale.
- Prepare and ensure compliance with Dubai\'s Land Department and RERA standards.
- Coordinate property showings and accompany buyers during visits and inspections.
- Present purchase offers and negotiate deals between buyers and sellers.
- Oversee property closings and document signings.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of purchase contract terms.
- Must be RERA registered and based in Dubai.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
