Job Description
We are looking for Real Estate Broker to join our Sales Team. A highly motivated individual who is self-disciplined and has a "Passion" for Real Estate. Company Industry: Real Estate Location: Dubai Employment Offer:

- A minimum of 2 years experience in the real estate industry.
- Highly Motivated with Strong business sense and passion to work in the Real Estate Industry.
- Excellent Time Management and organization skills.
- UAE Driving license is a plus.
- Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Past experience in any CRM is a plus.
- Assisting clients in a professional and ethical manner in finding them Primary (off-plan)/Secondary properties.
- Active interaction with provided clients: negotiation, identification of client needs, and providing tailored options.
- Schedule meetings and projects viewings with potential clients.
- Take notes on client requirements and follow up.
- Ensure a professional relationship with prospective clients and developers.
- Follow-up with clients on a regular basis.
- Update records on the CRM regularly and accurately.
- How many years of experience do you have using CRM?
- Will you now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status?
- Real Estate: 2 years (Preferred)
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
