The Role: \xe2\x9c\x93Representing clients in property purchase, sale, and rental transactions. \xe2\x9c\x93Conducting market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities. \xe2\x9c\x93Collaborating with client s, developers, and other professionals to negotiate and close deals. \xe2\x9c\x93Providing exceptional customer service and building long lasting relationships with clients. \xe2\x9c\x93Staying up to date with market trends, regulations, and industry best practices. Requirements: \xe2\x9c\x93Proven experience as a real estate broker, with a successful track record of closing deals. \xe2\x9c\x93In depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends. \xe2\x9c\x93Strong negotiation and communication skills. \xe2\x9c\x93Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients. \xe2\x9c\x93Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \xe2\x9c\x93Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
