Our client is a real estate brokerage firm in the UAE, specializing in premium residential and commercial properties. They are looking for a Senior Real Estate Broker (Team Leader) with 10-15 years of UAE experience, preferably of European nationality, to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Real Estate Broker, you will play a pivotal role in the company\'s success by leveraging your extensive experience and expertise in the UAE real estate market. You will be responsible for leading a team of brokers providing real estate services, fostering client relationships, and driving property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market to advise clients on property investments, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored real estate solutions.
Property Listing: List and market residential and commercial properties effectively to attract potential buyers and tenants.
Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize property deals to ensure favorable outcomes for both buyers and sellers.
Legal Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions adhere to UAE laws and regulations, providing expert guidance on legal matters as required.
Networking: Expand your network by attending industry events, building partnerships with other professionals, and identifying potential business opportunities.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with your team of real estate professionals, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to property transactions, contracts, and agreements.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10-15 years of real estate brokerage experience in the UAE, with a proven track record of successful property transactions.
Preferably of European nationality.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other industry-related tools.
Excellent knowledge of UAE property laws and regulations.
