A well-reputed real estate company established in 2011 seeks highly driven and result-oriented off-plan + Secondary sales agents to join our dynamic team in Dubai. Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales leads. In this role, you will work closely with potential buyers, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process. A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed sales target and goals set by the company.

Following market trends and knowing latest launched projects.

Generate leads, follow-up with potential clients, and convert leads into sales.

Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the inspection process.

Assist clients in making offers and negotiate terms of sale or lease.

Keeping in touch with clients via calls and emails.

Advertising, marketing, and promoting property vacancies to attract prospective tenants/buyers.

Provide clients with market analysis and insights to make decisions.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their real estate needs, preferences and financial capabilities.

Requirements:

Dubai Real Estate: 1 Year (Required)

Having experience in off-plan and secondary market

Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

Bachelor's (Preferred)

A broker card is an advantage.

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
