We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing sales/rental deals. Strong communication skills and a good understanding of the UAE real estate market are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and referrals.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to clients.
Negotiate offers and finalize deals while ensuring high client satisfaction.
Maintain an updated database of listings and client requirements.
Coordinate with property owners, developers, and other agents.
Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competition.
Prepare necessary documents and contracts as per company and UAE regulations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in UAE (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
Knowledge of real estate CRM systems is an advantage.
Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
