This opportunity is best suited for aspiring individuals with a strong desire for financial and career growth. It is a purely COMMISSION BASED opportunity with no basic salary, where the earning potential is proven to exceed over AED 25,000 ($6800) per month in the first year for highly motivated and committed real estate agents having a go getter attitude. What you need to know? - It's a full-time job. - No work from home or flexible hours. - UAE or equivalent driving license is a must. - Must have sales/hospitality experience. - Must be fluent in English (written and spoken). - You may apply only if you are available in UAE for in person meeting. What are the job requirements? - List high end real estate in popular Dubai locations. - Network with HNIs & UHNIs. - Learn Dubai real estate laws and processes in line with RERA. - Develop in depth knowledge of Dubai real estate market. - Arrange meetings/viewings with clients. - Negotiate with buyers, sellers, landlord and tenants. - Generate quality leads from company paid property marketing portals. - Must use social media for branding and marketing. - Must be able to work in a team.
