Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in Selling off plan Properties
Canvassing properties, cold calling, and prospecting new potential leads and clients
Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, property valuations, and investment opportunities.
Schedule and conduct meetings and open houses
Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and investors
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Requirements:
Currently residing in Dubai or willing to relocate soon
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Flexible with working hours and committed to achieving results
Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai is preferred
Strong desire to grow professionally -- we value motivation over experience
