Real Estate Sales Agents

off-plan property sales

Key Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell

off-plan properties

from Dubai's top developers Manage the

full sales cycle

-- from lead generation to deal closing Guide clients through

payment plans, site visits, documentation, and handover processes

Stay up to date with

new project launches, market trends, and developer incentives

Generate leads via property portals, events, referrals, and digital marketing channels Maintain accurate CRM records for all client communications and transactions Collaborate with mortgage consultants and legal advisors for seamless closures

Requirements

Minimum

6 months to 1+ year experience

in

real estate sales

(off-plan preferred) Strong knowledge of Dubai's

off-plan projects

, master communities, and developer offerings Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Russian is a plus) Self-driven, presentable, and highly motivated to meet monthly targets UAE Driving License is preferred but not mandatory
