Position: Real Estate Broker Dubai, UAE
:
Oversee Property Transactions & Broker Deals
Manage end-to-end real estate transactions, connecting clients with the right properties, and negotiating sales, leases, and investment opportunities.
Client Advisory & Market Expertise
Advise clients on current market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities using up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate landscape.
Lead Generation & Portfolio Development
Build and maintain a pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors through networking, referrals, and digital marketing strategies.
Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
Ensure full compliance with UAE real estate laws and RERA regulations while managing all necessary legal documentation and contracts.
Experience & Compensation
Minimum 2 years of real estate brokerage experience in the UAE is required
