Job Title: Real Estate Broker REAGENT CAPITAL is a young and actively developing boutique Real Estate Agency seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Broker you will be facilitating and managing real estate transactions for our clients, constantly growing with support of our strong team. Responsibilities: Provide guidance and advice to clients on real estate transactions, including property pricing, marketing and negotiation. Promote properties through advertising, open houses and listing services. Review property listings and stay up-to-date with current market conditions and trends. Manage leads and follow up with potential clients to secure appointments and meetings. Prepare and present offers and counter-offers to clients, negotiating terms and conditions as necessary. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Actively seek out new clients and build relationships with potential buyers and sellers. Requirements: Experience as a Real Estate Broker with a successful track record of sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
