Compensation:
Commission only (No basic salary)
50% commission per closed deal
Professional training and onboarding provided
Responsibilities:
Handle property inquiries and client follow-ups
Conduct property viewings
Close off-plan and secondary market deals
Build and maintain client relationships
Coordinate with developers, owners, and internal teams
2) Tele Caller (Salary + Commission)
Compensation:
Basic salary:
AED 2,000 - 3,000 per month
(based on experience)
Commission and performance incentives
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients
Generate and qualify leads
Schedule appointments for sales agents
Maintain CRM and daily call reports
Support the sales team with follow-ups
Requirements (Mandatory)
Minimum
6 months to 1 year experience
in real estate sales or tele sales
Experience in
Dubai real estate market
is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
Ability to work under pressure
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
RERA certification is an advantage for Real Estate Agents or willingness to obtain.
