Key Responsibilities:
Promote & sell off-plan properties from leading UAE developers
Build and manage a strong buyer/investor database through networking & referrals
Conduct property tours, virtual presentations, and client meetings
Provide expert advice on Dubai market trends, ROI & investment opportunities
Manage client pipeline using CRM & support deal closures smoothly
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Requirements:
6+ months of Real Estate Sales experience in UAE (Off-Plan preferred)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of Dubai developers & communities
Target-driven, motivated & confident closer
