This is a commission-based role with the potential to earn up to 60% commission on successful sales. Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Management:

Engage with clients to understand their property requirements. Provide expert advice on buying, selling, and renting properties. Conduct property viewings and presentations.

Lead Conversion:

Proactively follow up on leads provided by the company. Convert potential leads into successful sales or rental agreements.

Market Expertise:

Stay updated with the latest market trends, property values, and competitive offerings. Advise clients on the current real estate market and investment opportunities.

Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction. Provide exceptional post-sale service to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with the marketing team to leverage campaigns and materials. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
