experienced Telesales Executives

with a proven track record in

off-plan real estate sales

. If you're a results-driven professional with strong outbound calling skills and a deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market, especially off-plan projects, we want to hear from you.

This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals who can convert leads into buyers and thrive in a

fast-paced, commission-driven environment

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

outbound sales calls

to qualified leads regarding off-plan real estate projects Promote

exclusive residential and investment opportunities

across Dubai Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate

off-plan properties

Generate new leads via cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals Schedule and confirm appointments for senior property consultants Work closely with in-house teams to ensure seamless lead conversion Achieve and exceed

monthly telesales targets

and KPIs Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of telesales experience

in the UAE real estate market is

mandatory

Strong knowledge of

off-plan property sales

and real estate market dynamics Excellent

verbal communication and negotiation skills

Fluency in English (additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Arabic are a plus) Must be

currently residing in the UAE

Target-oriented with the ability to

work independently under pressure

Professional attitude and

ability to close deals

over the phone
