Conduct site visits, inspections, and open houses. Create compelling listings and promote via marketing campaigns.Negotiation & Transaction Management
Negotiate sale/purchase or lease terms and finalize agreements. Coordinate with lawyers, agents, and lenders to ensure compliance and closing.After-Sales Relationship Management
Provide follow-up support and maintain client relationship databases.Essential Qualifications
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.Licensure
: Real estate agent/broker license as required by jurisdiction.Experience
