Wizhull Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage LLC is expanding its team and hiring

experienced Real Estate Agents and Real Estate Team Leaders

for the Dubai property market. If you have at least

1 year of UAE experience in off-plan or secondary market sales

, we want to meet you. Candidates who can bring their

own sales team

will be given preference for the

Team Leader role

.

Key Responsibilities

For Real Estate Agents:

Handle

off-plan and secondary market property sales

. Generate leads via

cold calling, referrals, property portals, and networking

. Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close successful deals. Provide clients with expert advice on

Dubai real estate market trends

. Consistently achieve assigned

monthly sales targets

.

For Team Leaders:

Lead, motivate, and manage your own

sales team

. Train and support agents in

sales strategies and deal closures

. Build strong relationships with

clients, developers, and partners

. Drive overall team performance and ensure revenue growth.

Requirements

Minimum

1 year UAE real estate experience

(off-plan or secondary). Strong knowledge of

Dubai property market, RERA laws, and developers

. Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.

Team Leader applicants with their own sales team

will be highly preferred. Target-driven, motivated, and professional in approach.
