Job Description

VIP Luxury Homes Real Estate LLC is seeking a skilled and driven Real Estate Agent with at least 2 years of experience, focusing on the secondary market. Responsibilities:



Specialize in secondary market sales, including prospecting, listing, and closing deals Manage property viewings, client consultations, and follow-ups Negotiate offers and secure successful transactions Maintain and grow a strong client network Prepare and review real estate documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitive insights Work towards achieving monthly sales targets

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years proven experience in the UAE secondary market Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and market dynamics Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills Professional, reliable, and proactive mindset Ability to work independently and deliver results
