Position Overview

We are seeking ambitious and multilingual Real Estate Agents who are planning to relocate from Europe to the UAE. This role is ideal for professionals with sales experience, cultural adaptability, and a passion for property. You will be supported through your transition and empowered to succeed in one of the region's most dynamic and fast-growing markets.

Key Responsibilities

Represent and promote residential and commercial properties to international clients Conduct property viewings and provide tailored consultations based on client needs Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors from European markets Stay informed on UAE market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures Negotiate and close property transactions with professionalism and cultural sensitivity Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools

Qualifications

Previous experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles preferred Fluent in English; additional European languages such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch are a plus Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to new environments Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi; relocation support may be available UAE driving license is a plus (can be obtained post-arrival) Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
