Key Responsibilities

Represent buyers, sellers, and tenants in residential and commercial property transactions Advise European clients on investment opportunities, relocation options, and market trends in Abu Dhabi Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and cultural sensitivity Build and maintain relationships with international investors, developers, and relocation partners Stay informed about UAE real estate laws, visa regulations, and investment zones Use CRM platforms to manage leads, follow-ups, and client communications Collaborate with marketing to promote listings to European audiences
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2-5 years of real estate experience in a European market Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English is required Additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian) are highly valued Familiarity with international property investment and relocation processes Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and adapt to local market dynamics Valid UAE driving license (or willingness to obtain one) and access to a vehicle
