About the Role:

We are seeking a

highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent

who is relocating from Europe to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, an understanding of international property markets, and the ability to adapt quickly to Abu Dhabi's dynamic real estate sector. This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for ambitious professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist international and local clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi. Conduct market research and comparative analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors. Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently. Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and industry developments. Promote properties through various marketing channels, including social media and networking events. Provide expert guidance on investment opportunities and property financing options.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales

(minimum 2-3 years preferred). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of European real estate markets and willingness to learn Abu Dhabi's property sector. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. UAE driving license and own vehicle is a plus. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Spanish are a plus.
