Key Responsibilities

Actively generate leads and pursue property sales opportunities, connecting clients with ideal listings. Provide tailored advice on property investments, market trends, and legal requirements. Conduct property tours, presentations, and consultations to highlight unique features and benefits. Build and maintain a network of high-value clients, fostering trust and long-term relationships. Negotiate terms and conditions for successful transactions, ensuring compliance with UAE property laws. Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's real estate market dynamics, including pricing trends and emerging areas. Collaborate with developers, brokers, and internal teams to access exclusive listings and close deals. Utilize innovative marketing strategies to promote properties effectively across various platforms. Prepare and oversee transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.

Qualifications

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience in property sales, with a strong track record of successful transactions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive knowledge of UAE property laws and local market dynamics. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
