Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and engage potential clients interested in off-plan properties in Dubai. Showcase a comprehensive understanding of the Dubai off-plan market, including current projects, pricing, and investment opportunities. Conduct property viewings and presentations, effectively highlighting the benefits and features of off-plan developments. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction for clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, fostering trust and repeat business. Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and competitor activities to provide accurate and insightful advice to clients. Collaborate effectively with the HRMS team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

1-3 years of proven experience in off-plan property sales in Dubai is essential.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and closing deals.

Existing clientele and a strong network within the Dubai real estate market are highly preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of real estate regulations and procedures in Dubai. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification (or willingness to obtain). A proactive, client-centric approach with a strong drive to succeed.
