Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and bilingual
Mandarin & English-speaking Real Estate Agent
to support our expanding Chinese client base. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and eager to build a successful career in the Abu Dhabi property market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided channels.
Stay informed about Abu Dhabi real estate trends, regulations, and market conditions.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Prepare and review documentation related to property transactions.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is an advantage; training is provided.
UAE driving license preferred.
