We are seeking a bilingual Mandarin? and English?speaking Real Estate Agent to support our expanding international client base and strengthen our presence in the Chinese?speaking market.
Role Overview
The Real Estate Agent - Mandarin & English will assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing tailored support to Mandarin?speaking clients. This role requires excellent communication skills in both languages, a proactive sales approach, and a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Mandarin? and English?speaking clients with property purchases, sales, and leasing
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market activities
Prepare and manage property listings on major real estate portals
Maintain up?to?date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and developer launches
Build and manage a strong client portfolio
Provide professional advice on investment opportunities and market conditions
Coordinate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Fluency in Mandarin and English (native or advanced level in Mandarin preferred)
Experience in real estate sales (Abu Dhabi market experience is an advantage)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self?motivated, target?driven, and able to work independently
Strong understanding of local communities, developers, and market dynamics
Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
Real estate certification is a plus
