Role Overview

We are seeking a fluent Japanese-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our Abu Dhabi office. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, and experience working with international clients. You will be responsible for assisting Japanese-speaking clients with property transactions, providing market insights, and ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Japanese-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi Conduct property viewings and deliver tailored consultations based on client needs Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors Translate and explain contracts, procedures, and legal documents when required Stay informed about market trends, property listings, and investment opportunities Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and cultural sensitivity Use CRM systems to manage client interactions and transaction records Meet and exceed monthly performance targets
Qualifications

Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written) is mandatory Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or consulting Strong understanding of the UAE property market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and client-focused
