Role Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in Japanese and English to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE property market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with Japanese-speaking clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multicultural environment and is passionate about delivering personalized real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Japanese-speaking clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties in Abu Dhabi Conduct property viewings and provide culturally relevant guidance and market insights Translate and explain contracts, procedures, and legal documents in Japanese when needed Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese investors, expatriates, and corporate clients Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote listings to Japanese-speaking audiences Stay informed about market trends, developer offerings, and legal regulations Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
Qualifications and Skills

Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written) Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in the UAE Valid UAE real estate license or certification (RERA or equivalent) Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with international clients
