Role Overview

We are seeking a bilingual real estate agent fluent in Japanese and English to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will specialize in assisting Japanese-speaking clients with property transactions, offering culturally attuned service and expert guidance across residential and commercial markets.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Japanese-speaking clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties Conduct property tours, virtual viewings, and client consultations Translate and explain legal documents and contracts when needed Maintain strong relationships with Japanese investors, expatriates, and corporate clients Stay informed on market trends, legal updates, and investment opportunities Promote listings through Japanese-language platforms and targeted marketing Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE real estate (Abu Dhabi preferred) Native or fluent Japanese speaker; strong English proficiency required Excellent communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred Knowledge of Japanese business culture and client expectations RERA/DLD certification is a plus
