We are looking for an experienced
Property Sales Executive (Hindi Speaker)
to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling residential and/or commercial properties, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell real estate properties to prospective clients Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries professionally Conduct property viewings and presentations Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts Coordinate with developers, internal teams, and legal departments Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
in real estate property salesFluent in Hindi
(mandatory); English required Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Knowledge of UAE real estate market and regulations Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset Professional appearance and customer-focused attitudeJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
