Who We're Looking For:

Agents with proven 1 year experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan, secondary, or both)

Professionals with a strong closing instinct and polished client-handling skills

Individuals who value structure, support, and sophistication over outdated hustle models

Driven, well-presented, and fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Your Role:

Advise and guide clients through buying, selling, or leasing high-value real estate

Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, project launches, and investment opportunities

Cultivate long-term client relationships with honesty, integrity, and finesse

Collaborate with our marketing and leadership teams to drive consistent sales performance
