Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate property transactions for English-speaking clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are fully understood and addressed. Conduct property tours, presentations, and consultations, providing expert advice on luxury and investment opportunities. Assist clients with navigating local property laws and processes, including Golden Visa acquisition through real estate purchases. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and creating long-term partnerships. Stay informed on Abu Dhabi's real estate market trends, offering insights to help clients make informed decisions. Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and transaction documents with precision and compliance. Utilize advanced marketing strategies to promote listings to English-speaking audiences both locally and globally. Collaborate with developers and team members to secure exclusive listings and favorable deals for clients.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Strong knowledge of UAE property laws and real estate processes. Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and access to transportation.
