Our client a leading real estate company is looking for Sales & Leasing Agents
Personal Characteristics And Required Background
- Valid RERA Brokerage License
- Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and own reliable transport
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in Real Estate ( Leasing and Sales)
- Proficient knowledge of the real estate industry, property management principles, and relevant legislation.
- Target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
- Strong negotiation skills
- Motivated and enthusiastic at all times
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
- Run weekly reports on performance
- Available to work extended hours.
