Job Description
Secondary market consultants We are looking for the confident individuals with excellent sales and leasing skills, willing to work as a real estate leasing/ sales executive. Required Skills: Must possess good knowledge of RERA rules for buying, selling and leasing property in Dubai. Should have innovative marketing skills and capable of handling multiple marketing channels. Should have leasing experience of residential apartments, Commercial real estate and labor camps. Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate sales person Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills. Should have skills of handling and recording leads for future reference and reporting. Ability to work with targets and commission basis. RERA Certification is an advantage Benefits: In-house properties are available for leasing and achieving the targets. Access to various portals for advertising the properties. Excellent Commission Structure for agents with a guarantee payouts. On time commission sharing- commissions will be sharing as per the clearance of the cheques. Residency visa and Medical Insurance. Will provide sim cards, marketing and company driver Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
