Real Estate Admin Assistant
to keep our operations smooth, efficient, and organized.
What You'll Do:
Manage and upload property listings on our portal and other platforms
Coordinate with agents and clients for viewings and follow-ups
Handle documentation, tenancy contracts, and basic legal paperwork
Maintain updated property databases and office files
Support the marketing team with images, descriptions, and basic content
Assist in lead management and CRM updates
What We're Looking For:
Previous admin experience in real estate or a related field
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRMs
English fluency required (Hindi andArabic is a bonus)
Familiarity with UAE real estate procedures is a plus
