Maintain and organize real estate documents, contracts, leases, and agreements.
Assist in coordinating real estate transactions, including property sales, purchases, and rentals.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and offering assistance throughout the real estate process.
Assist in the management of rental properties, including tenant communication, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
Conduct market research to gather data on property listings, pricing trends, and local market conditions.
Adhere to RERA rules and regulations (Full knowledge of Trakheesi).
Prepare Tenancy contract, Form A, B, I, F.
Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage various documents, including contracts, agreements, and property listings (Property finder, Dubizzle, Bayut)
Knowledgeable to the CRM System (Bitrix 24)
Requirements:
Should have effective communication skills.
Be able to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google (Sheets, Docs/Calendar, etc.) to efficiently share reports and forecasts.
Must know how to use a CRM and advertise on property portals. (, Bayut, Dubizzle, Property finder etc)
Has good attention to detail and great organizing skills
With a positive attitude always up for challenges and eager to learn new skills.
Must be Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledgeable about Trakheesi system and creating ad permits.
Knowledgeable on real estate and property rules and regulations.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
