. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in documentation, and a proactive approach to managing real estate administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process real estate transactions through
Dubai government portals
including
DLD (Dubai Land Department), Trakheesi, Ejari, REST, Oqood
, etc.
Prepare, submit, and track
Contract A and Contract B
as per DLD requirements.
Support in
secondary market transactions
including NOCs, MOU preparation, title deed issuance, tenancy agreements and coordination with buyers, sellers, and agents.
Maintain and update property listings on portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle and other International Portals.
Liaise with
brokers, developers, clients, and government entities
to ensure smooth and compliant transaction processes.
Monitor expiration dates of listings, contracts, and permits, and ensure timely renewal and compliance.
Draft and review standard real estate documents including sales agreements, tenancy contracts, and power of attorney.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations.
Provide general administrative support including document filing, data entry, CRM updates, and scheduling as required.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a similar administrative role within the Dubai real estate sector.
Strong working knowledge of
DLD portals
and real estate regulations in the UAE.
Experience in handling
Contract A & B
, and
secondary market transactions
is essential.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
, CRM systems, and online government platforms.
Excellent communication skills in
English
.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with
RERA regulations
,
Title Deed processes
, and
NOC procedures
.
