Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for real estate and holiday home operations
Coordinate property listings, contracts, and documentation
Handle CRM entries, updates, and lead management efficiently
Support the sales and leasing team with required reports and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Admin in Dubai
Background in holiday home operations is a must
Proficient in CRM systems (experience in real estate CRMs preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
