Maintain and organize property files, lease agreements, and renewal schedules.
Coordinate with tenants and landlords regarding payments, maintenance, and lease-related queries.
Prepare tenancy contracts, renewal notices, and related documentation.
Support management in property listings, advertisements, and client communication.
Track and update records of property availability, occupancy, and contract status.
Accounting & Finance:
Handle rent collection, receipts, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
Assist in preparing monthly income and expense reports for each property.
Record accounting entries related to rent, deposits, utilities, and maintenance expenses.
Coordinate with the finance department for invoice processing, petty cash, and reconciliation.
Maintain records of cheques, payments, and ensure proper filing of financial documents.
General Support:
Liaise with maintenance and facility teams for repair or service requests.
Assist management with reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Ensure all real estate transactions comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in real estate administration or accounting.
Knowledge of real estate procedures, RERA regulations, and property management preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
