Real Estate Admin Assistant /arabic Knowledge

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage client inquiries through calls and emails, directing them appropriately and handling correspondence. Prepare, compile, and maintain accurate office and property records. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and follow up to support decision-making. Monitor property listings on portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.). Create and manage property-related documentation and databases. Assist with basic accounting tasks, including payment terms, invoicing, and client queries. Provide general administrative and office support. Maintain excellent written and verbal communication in all client interactions.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or client engagement. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with active listening ability. Basic accounting knowledge, including payment terms, invoicing, and financial transactions. Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection positively. Highly organized with attention to detail. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Arabic language skills preferred.

Must be available to start immediately.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
