Job Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced

Accountant

to join our team at

Home Keys Real Estate

. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate accounting and must have experience in managing

Escrow accounts

. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting real estate operations with sound financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Conduct financial analysis to support real estate investment decisions Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and real estate accounting standards Collaborate with the real estate team on budgeting and forecasting Assist with internal and external audits Monitor cash flow and assist with financial planning for projects Support the creation and implementation of financial policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1-2 years of relevant experience in the UAE Experience in real estate accounting and knowledge of Escrow handling Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Good communication skills, both verbal and written
