Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Real Estate Accountant

with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records, while also collaborating with developers and handling CRM systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate accounting records specific to real estate transactions. Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Manage general ledger entries, month-end, and year-end closing processes. Coordinate with developers for financial documentation and project updates. Oversee and manage CRM systems to ensure accurate client and transaction data. Generate and analyze reports to support strategic decision-making. Handle multiple accounting tasks efficiently within tight deadlines. Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of accounting experience

in the real estate industry. Thorough knowledge of

basic accounting procedures

and

financial accounting statements

. Hands-on experience with

general ledger functions

,

month-end/year-end closing

.

Advanced MS Excel

skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Proficiency in using

CRM systems

. Excellent communication skills and a strong team player. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Must be ready to
