Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in compliance with UAE accounting standards.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.
Manage customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Banking & Reconciliation
Handle bank transactions, deposits, and transfers.
Prepare and review bank reconciliations regularly.
Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate funds for operations.
VAT Compliance
Prepare and file VAT returns in line with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements.
Maintain VAT records and ensure compliance with tax laws.
Payroll & WPS
Process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with WPS regulations.
Handle end-of-service benefits and leave settlements as per UAE labor laws.
Internal Controls & Audit Support
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Liaise with internal and external auditors, providing required documentation.
Financial Analysis
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost control.
Support management in strategic decision-making through financial insights.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all financial records are properly maintained and easily accessible.
Stay updated with changes in UAE financial, tax, and labor regulations.
Other Duties
Assist management with ad hoc financial tasks and projects.
Support other departments in financial matters when required.
