Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organized

Accountant

to handle financial reporting, accounting activities, and compliance requirements. The role involves managing payroll, commissions, vendor payments, and ensuring adherence to UAE accounting standards, VAT, corporate tax, and anti-money-laundering regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations, including payroll, commissions, and vendor payments. Reconcile bank and escrow accounts and prepare monthly financial reports. Handle anti-money-laundering registration and reporting. Prepare and submit VAT and corporate tax filings in line with UAE regulations. Monitor and forecast cash flow to support financial decision-making. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and relevant authorities. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred). 3-5 years of UAE accounting experience, preferably in a real estate brokerage or property firm. Hands-on experience with anti-money laundering compliance and reporting. Strong understanding of VAT and corporate tax regulations in the UAE. Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Tally. Advanced Excel and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
