We're Hiring: Real Estate Accountant
Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-Time
We're a growing real estate company in Dubai looking for a skilled Real Estate Accountant to join our team. If you have solid experience in UAE real estate accounting, VAT compliance, and handling sales, leasing & commission transactions--you might be the one!
What You'll Do:
Manage accounts payable/receivable & reconciliations
Handle VAT filing & compliance
Prepare financial statements & reports
Track commissions, rentals & property-related accounts
Support budgeting & audits
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred)
3-5 years UAE real estate accounting experience
Strong knowledge of VAT & RERA/DLD regulations
AML/CFO Knowledge
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho, or ERP + advanced Excel
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and a team player
