Job: Readymix Concrete Plant Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi - UAE
Industry: Construction / Ready-Mix Concrete
Salary: AED 12,000 + Company Vehicle
Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the batching plant, including production planning, dispatch, and delivery.
Ensuring that concrete quality meets QCS/ISO standards through effective supervision of testing and mix design.
Overseeing equipment maintenance and scheduling preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Coordinating with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Monitoring raw material usage, stock levels, and production efficiency to control costs.
Leading and training plant staff, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Preparing daily and monthly production and performance reports for management.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in readymix or concrete batching plant operations.
Strong knowledge of concrete production processes, mix designs, and quality control standards.
Proven ability to manage plant operations, staff, logistics, and equipment maintenance.
Familiarity with QCS/ISO standards, health and safety procedures, and local regulations.
Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
