The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated, licensed, and entrepreneurial-minded Real Estate Sales Agents to join our successful team. This is a commission-based role ideal for self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about guiding clients through one of the most significant transactions of their lives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management:

Prospect for new leads, nurture existing relationships, and provide exceptional service to buyers and sellers from initial contact through closing.

Market Expertise:

Conduct competitive market analyses (CMAs) to determine property values and advise clients on pricing strategies, marketing, and market conditions.

Property Showings:

Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses.

Contract Negotiation:

Facilitate negotiations, prepare purchase agreements, and ensure all transaction details are managed accurately and promptly.

Marketing & Promotion:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies (online, social media, print) to promote properties and your personal brand.

Compliance:

Maintain current knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and ethical guidelines.
Required Qualifications

Licensure:

Must possess a valid [State] Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License.

Experience:
