Hiring: Female Customer Service Representative
For a skincare brand based in
Dubai - Al Barsha Heights
Job Requirements:
Female candidates only
Arabic nationality ONLY
English language is a plusMust have a valid visa (own/spouse/freelance)
Minimum 2 year of experience in customer service
Professional, reliable, and committedJob Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and support via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms Process and follow up on customer orders Coordinate with shipping and courier companies Manage re-sales and upselling opportunities to existing customers Maintain a positive customer experience and build lasting relationships
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary:
Starting from AED 2,500 + attractive incentivesTo apply:
